I have worked with the most amazing medical school leaders. I was inspired and propelled by learning and discussing programming with these leaders. It has been wonderful to do work that fulfills and builds upon the wonderful mission of the LMSA.

What advice do you have for those pursuing LMSA leadership in the future, or just leadership opportunities in general?

The best LMSA leaders exhibit both creativity and strategic development. We all possess these skills within us. Use these to thoughtfully plan sustainable programming.

Who are your biggest heroes - parents, figures, partners, etc...?

My heroes are my family members- my mom, dad, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins! They all believed and created an environment in which I could dream big!

What does your career in medicine look like to you?
