This year’s edition of the LMSA Journal, Fortaleza: Creciendo Más Fuerte con Cada Desafío, is a tribute to the strength and resilience that define our communities. Through stories, reflections, and creative expression, we honor the challenges that have shaped us and the growth that has followed. Our vision is to create a space where Latinx voices in medicine can speak freely about family, identity, medicine, healing, and hope. This journal is both a celebration and a call: to uplift one another, to speak truth to power, and to keep growing stronger with every challenge we face.
