This piece captures the rhythm of life as a medical student—repetitive, stressful, and driven by purpose. At its core, it's a reminder to hold onto my “why,” especially during the most demanding days. The integration of the Anki remote and organ-based Lotería reflects the constant academic grind, while elements like café y pan and vibrant colors pay homage to my roots and the warmth of family. Created with fine lines, colored pencils, and contrasted with oil pastels. I wouldn’t be here without my family, and this drawing is both a celebration and a grounding reminder of that truth.
