Bianca Garcia

Bianca Garcia is a third-year medical student at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. A first-generation college and doctoral student from Houston, Texas, she is a proud Mexican American passionate about faith, mentorship, and caring for underserved communities. In addition to her medical pursuits, Bianca enojys painting as a means of reflection and gratitude. Her submitted piece honors her father and late grandfather, whose years of hard work in construction laid the foundation—both literally and figuratively—for the opportunities she has today. Their sacrifices and perseverance have been central to her journey into medicine and continue to inspire her daily.
