Tatiana Polanco-Rodriguez 

Tatiana Polanco-Rodriguez is a recent graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and an incoming Pediatrics resident at UMass Chan Baystate. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she is especially passionate about patient advocacy, child and adolescent mental health, and inclusive care for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth. Her work in medical school included leading the Medical Student Pride Alliance and contributing to projects focused on health equity and education. Through her research, she hopes to help expand access to affirming, community-informed care for historically marginalized populations.
